The problem with the youtube player now is that it gives title in the actual player. In this case that is a timing issue. The unintended punch line is expressed before you even start watching.
What actually made me laugh was the unexpected turn from lightweight, mediocre performances to Osment nailing his line with the abrupt, sentimental music cue. The subject matter wasn't funny, but this clip is a fine example of awkward direction.
